Responsibilities
- Lead software projects end-to-end from kickoff to delivery
- Clarify business needs and translate them for the engineering team
- Handle timelines, resourcing, and budget constraints
- Run agile routines such as sprint planning, daily syncs, reviews, and retrospectives
- Prioritize backlog items with product owners and clients and manage changes
